These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern use of kicksyou.com (the “Site”) and purchases made from KICKSYOU (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Information, and Privacy & Cookies page provide additional information about purchases and use of the Site. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence where the law requires.

We aim to present footwear, descriptions, product images, sizing and prices accurately. Product colors may vary depending on your screen. Availability and displayed inventory may change before an order is accepted.

If a product becomes unavailable or a material listing error affects an order, we may contact you to discuss available options or cancel the affected item and refund any amount already collected for it, subject to applicable law.

Product prices, shipping charges and any applicable taxes are displayed during checkout before you submit payment. The currency and total payable amount are those shown in checkout. Any customs duties or import-related charges, where applicable, are subject to the information provided at checkout and applicable law.

Available payment methods may include major card networks, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and eligible local payment methods. The options actually offered depend on your location, device, currency, order and payment-provider eligibility. Installment plans, when available, are subject to their own displayed terms.

After you submit an order, you may receive an order acknowledgement by email. An acknowledgement does not guarantee an item remains in stock or that the order has been accepted. We may need to verify payment or order details before fulfillment.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email giguvijgqem@outlook.com as soon as possible. Requests are assessed based on the order’s status and applicable law; changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has progressed.

If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will communicate the issue and process any refund due to you in accordance with applicable law and the original payment method.

Our usual order processing time is 1–3 business days, followed by estimated shipping transit of 7–15 business days. These are separate stages and are estimates, not a guarantee of arrival by a specific date.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, location, weather, holidays, customs or other factors outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for reviewing the delivery information provided at checkout and contacting us promptly if you notice an error.

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Requests must be sent to giguvijgqem@outlook.com for review. If approved, we provide the return label and instructions; the return must be shipped within 7 calendar days after approval.

For a return due to personal preference, sizing or a change of mind, a $10 return shipping fee per approved return request is deducted from the eligible merchandise refund, regardless of the number of pairs included in that request. No additional restocking fee is charged. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for these returns.

Where a return arises from our error (such as the wrong item, incorrect size or a qualifying product defect), we cover the return shipping cost. The original outbound shipping charge is generally not refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved merchandise returns must meet the applicable condition, shoe-box, accessory and packaging rules. Regular sale items remain eligible under our return policy; products clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not offer direct exchanges; customers seeking a different size or style should follow the return process and place a new order.

Once a returned item reaches our designated facility and passes inspection, we initiate eligible refunds within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls final posting times. Please read our full Returns Policy for required photographs, return packaging, inspection and approval details.

If you use a Shopify customer account, keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Account access and order-history functionality are supplied through Shopify’s customer-account systems. You can visit our Your Order page to access the customer account or request assistance by email.

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its security or availability, provide false information for fraudulent purposes, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use automated systems in a way that materially disrupts the Site.

We may take proportionate measures to protect the Site and our customers, including restricting abusive activity, subject to applicable law.

The KICKSYOU name, our original website design, copy and other content created for the Site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of Site content beyond personal shopping or ordinary reference requires permission from the applicable rights holder unless otherwise allowed by law.

Third-party product names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not itself imply endorsement or affiliation.

Our store uses Shopify and may link to or integrate third-party services, including payment providers and shipping carriers. Separate provider terms and privacy notices may apply when you use those services. We do not control the content or independent practices of third-party sites.

We work to keep the Site accessible and the information on it accurate, but technical interruptions, maintenance or inadvertent errors may occur. Site content is provided for general product and shopping information and may be updated when necessary.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory warranty, remedy or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from independent third-party services. We do not exclude or limit liability for matters where doing so would be unlawful, including non-waivable consumer rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

Any legal limitations on liability apply only to the extent enforceable in your jurisdiction.

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply where you live. No provision of these Terms requires you to waive rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
